Return Policy: 7 days upon receipt.  Restocking Fee applies.  Return Authorization Required.

  • If you are not satisfied with your AeroFlow, Corp. purchase, please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returned product must be received by AeroFlow, Corp. within 10 days of RMA issuing date. Any return received late or without an RMA will be returned to sender.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee (details below) and the original shipping charges (shipping cost before shipping discount is applied).
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. AeroFlow recommends utilizing a shipping service that comes with insurance.
  • We inspect and process every return. Once we receive your return, it takes an average of 7-10 additional business days before we’ve approved your refund.
  • Credit is for product only, minus any restocking fees. Shipping charges are not refunded or credited in any case.
  • Discounted items (Perfectly Imperfect) can only be returned for AeroFlow credit towards another AeroFlow order.

Mark RMA Number clearly on outside of box. All returned product must be clean (no bugs, etc.), properly wrapped and securely boxed to prevent damage during shipping. Remember to INSURE package for it’s full value. AeroFlow is not responsible for products lost or damaged by any carrier.

Restocking Fees

We charge Restock fees because we do not sell used or mounted products as new. Returns of opened, used, installed or damaged products may be accepted at the sole discretion of AeroFlow, Corp. and will be subject to a Restock Fee of 15% – 50%, based upon the condition of the product when inspected by us.  Credit is for product only.

  • Unopened items (box still factory sealed) may be returned without a restock fee.
  • 15%-20% Restock Fee on opened boxes and/or mounted products.
  • 25%-30% Restock Fees on products showing any damage and/or use beyond mounting marks.
  • 35%-50% Restock Fees on products showing excessive damage and/or use.


AeroFlow Warranty: 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY; TERMS

AeroFlow, Corp. products are warranted against defects in the material or workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment to the original purchaser. AeroFlow, Corp. acknowledges no other warranties, either expressed or implied. AeroFlow, Corp. is not responsible and assumes no liability for incorrect product choices or unsuitability of product for customer. Neither the seller, nor the manufacture, shall be held liable for any loss, injury, inconvenience, or any other expenses including labor, cost of installation, or damage to any component of motorcycle or any accessories.

Damage or loss caused by the following void AeroFlow, Corp. Limited Warranty:
Certain chemicals, such as petroleum-based and alcohol-based products, ammonia-based cleaners, brake fluid or threadlockers, such as such as LocTite, as well as gas station windshield cleaning solutions are known to cause damage to plastic and will not be covered under this limited warranty.

AeroFlow, Corp. Limited Warranty does not cover Product Loss or Damage caused by misuse or improper use of products, incorrect installation, alteration of product or lack of routine product maintenance (hardware, Dual-Lok and/or adhesives). Cracks, scratches, or crazing are not covered by warranty. Mounting non-AeroFlow accessories that interfere with function of product or add weight or wind resistance, and/or use of non-AeroFlow supplied hardware. Damage or loss from road hazards, will not be covered under this limited warranty.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
AeroFlow, Corp. reserves the right to inspect and determine the validity of product warranty claims. If the product is found to be defective, AeroFlow will ship an exact replacement, or issue a refund if the product cannot be replaced. On validated Warranty Claims, AeroFlow will pay the cost to ship the replacement product within the United States. Postage charges may apply elsewhere.
Please email to discuss any warranty claim and to obtain a Warranty Authorization. Any warranty claims received without a Warranty Authorization will be returned to sender. Warranty Claims or Returns of products purchased through a Dealership must be handled through the Dealership.

FREIGHT CLAIMS / IN-TRANSIT DAMAGE
If a package has already been delivered to you with potential damage, INSPECT THE PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY.
If damage is discovered, please notify us immediately. YOU MUST KEEP ORIGINAL BOX AND ALL PACKAGING AS RECEIVED, INCLUDING THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. The carrier will verify the damage by inspecting the box and contents as received. If the carrier cannot verify the damage, they will void the claim.

SHORTAGES (MISSING PARTS)
Shortages or missing parts must be reported to AeroFlow, Corp. within 7 days of receipt. Be sure to thoroughly check box and under all packaging materials before discarding box. Brackets are sometimes packaged under a sheet of protective cardboard, and mounting kits are often taped to the outside of the protective wrapping.
