Our HeadLight Covers are designed to absorb impact energy, protecting the headlight from stones and debris that could damage your headlight.

Made from Impact Modified Acrylic

AeroFlow HeadLight Covers are made from Impact Modified acrylic which is 8 times more impact resistant than ordinary acrylic and as much as 70 times stronger than glass! Impact Modified acrylic is produced by adding elastomers to plastic compounded materials which improves durability and toughness.

Attach with 3-M® Dual-Lock

Dual-Lock spaces the HLC 5/32″ away from the headlight, this allows the HeadLight Cover to compress and absorb energy before it can be transmitted to and damage the headlight. Compound curves also add strength, resist compression, and absorb impact energy. Dual-Lok mounting pieces come standard Clear to Clear.
